We confirm scope, eligibility, records, responsibilities, timing and capacity before agreeing to work. Services are governed by the signed agreement and service Order. Published prices describe the listed scope; applicable adjustments, exclusions and payment terms are confirmed in the Order.
The complete approved service menu remains available for discussion. Some services require additional qualifications, evidence, authorization or jurisdiction-specific checks before acceptance. No service includes a guarantee of agency approval, savings or incentive payment.
