Information you choose to send
The assessment form collects your name, role, email, optional phone number, building address/city, approximate floor area, building type, utility providers, building count and which records you have. We use this information to respond, assess possible scope and arrange next steps. Your inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list.
Do not include passwords, utility account numbers, tenant names, unit details, payment information or other confidential records in the public form. We arrange an appropriate transfer method if an engagement needs detailed records.
Delivery and hosting
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser/request details. Resend processes form messages for delivery to our Google Workspace business inbox. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their own service and privacy terms.
The form keeps its entries in page memory while you use it; it does not create a browser-local inquiry archive. We keep inquiry correspondence as needed for follow-up, business records and applicable obligations. Resend retains delivery data under its provider retention settings. We do not sell inquiry information.
Cookies and optional tracking
We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics to this launch. Hosting/security services may process technical information or use security mechanisms necessary to operate and protect the site.
Requests and choices
You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for legal or business-record obligations. You may contact us by email or phone instead of using the form.
