Qualified Energy Manager

Jeff Casey completed QEM training on October 26, 2026, supported by seven years of relevant building-services and energy-project experience. Scope, owner designation and building-specific evidence are confirmed for each engagement.

Jeff’s experience includes Ameren Building Services and Federal Reserve energy projects and building improvements. CEM recertification is in progress; current CEM or separate Qualified Person standing is not claimed. Each filing requires the building owner’s designation and adequate building-specific evidence.

A course certificate alone does not authorize every service or establish an Oregon qualification. Washington business registration is not represented as issued; any registration required for the actual work must be addressed before acceptance.
